Accountabilities

  • Work with Account Managers to provide relevant account information to ensure timely and efficient account handling and maintenance of account data in Etihad's CRM tool.
  • Serve as the second-line escalation for account inquiries related to Etihad's products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution, with feedback to the sales team and stakeholders.
  • Working with the account management teams engagement, sales plans, implement and engage our accounts through education workshops and other engagement tools/events as the Etihad expert in distribution and our policies and processes.
  • Prepare and provide relevant content, data, and sales presentations to our account management teams in line with the Etihad value proposition.
  • Assist account managers in generating new sales opportunities by following up on leads through cold calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in Salesforce, ensuring qualified opportunities are routed to the appropriate Account Manager for further development and closure.
  • Be curious about learning and growth and complete all relevant trainings in your area of responsibility/specialism and be able to coach your peers to embed the learning.

 

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Degree or 1 to 2 years of work experience within relevant field with focus on sales support/analysis
  • Previous work experience in relevant field (Sales area or ticketing / customer service)
  • Strong team player, actively contributing to the teams’ productivity.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with data and reporting is preferred.
  • Adequate knowledge of fares and ticketing.
